Refund policy

At SINA, we want you to love what you receive. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, please contact us at sina@sinaofficial.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions.

Exchanges As all SINA pieces are one size, we do not offer size exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable items Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
